Turn Every CameraInto Intelligence.

MachVizyon Private Limited transforms existing CCTV and NVR infrastructure into real-time industrial intelligence — detecting, tracking, counting and monitoring what matters.

Camera AI Intelligence
Existing CCTV & NVRConnects over RTSP. No new cameras.
Edge AI on NVIDIAJetson or GPU servers, on site.
Video stays on-siteWorks without internet.
24×7 monitoringEvery camera, every shift.

Your cameras already see everything. We make them understand it.

01 — Raw CCTV

It starts with the camera you already have.

A normal RTSP stream from an existing IP camera or NVR channel. No new hardware on the pole, no change to your recording.

02 — Detection

Every truck, person and bag — detected.

Custom-trained models find the objects that matter on your site, frame by frame, on a GPU at the site.

03 — Tracking

One ID per object. Counted once.

Multi-object tracking keeps the same ID on each object as it moves, so nothing is double-counted or missed.

04 — Counting

Zones and lines turn motion into numbers.

Draw an unloading zone and an IN / OUT line on the live video. Every bag that crosses is tallied against the truck it came from.

05 — Decision

Context, not just boxes.

Truck, zone, status and count are combined into a live state your team can act on — without watching the screen.

06 — Alert

The right event, to the right people.

Events, violations and camera disconnects raise alerts. Every count is backed by recordings and an event log, and a daily report lands by email.

From camera feed to live intelligence.

One platform connects to the cameras a site already has, analyses video on a GPU at the site, and delivers results as live views, alerts and reports.

What we see

One platform. Many industrial use cases.

The detection, tracking, counting and alerting platform stays the same. Each new object type gets a model trained on your site's own footage.

Vehicle & Truck Intelligence

Detect and track trucks across gates, bays and loading areas. Each truck is identified and numbered as it arrives, so every activity can be tied back to it.

Discuss this use case
  • Truck arrival and departure at bays and gates
  • Turnaround visibility per truck
  • Linked with ANPR for gate records

About MachVizyon Private Limited

AI, Computer Vision, Machine Vision & Industrial Automation.

MachVizyon Private Limited (MachVizyon) is an Indian company specialising in AI, Computer Vision, Machine Vision & Industrial Automation. MachVizyon builds AI computer vision systems for industry. We take the CCTV a site already has and turn it into live data — detection, tracking, counting and alerts — processed on an edge AI device on site.

We work with warehouses, plants and logistics sites, training custom deep-learning models on each site's own footage and deploying them on NVIDIA Jetson and GPU hardware.

Questions

What factory owners ask first.

Do we need to buy new cameras?

No. MachVizyon works with the IP CCTV cameras and NVRs you already have, over RTSP. USB cameras and recorded video files can also be analysed.

Does our video leave the site?

Not with an on-premise / edge deployment — video and data stay on site, and the system works without internet. Cloud and hybrid options are available when you want central dashboards and reports across many sites.

What hardware runs the AI?

An NVIDIA Jetson edge device or an NVIDIA GPU server on your network. Video is decoded in hardware and models run as TensorRT FP16 engines on the GPU. ONNX and PyTorch models are accepted.

Can it detect objects specific to our plant?

Yes. Each new object type needs a model trained on your site's footage. The detection, tracking, counting and alerting platform stays the same.

How do we see the results?

Live view with AI overlay, dashboards, real-time alerts and an automatic daily Excel report by email — in any browser on the site network.

How do we get started?

Book a site survey. We run a live demo on your own CCTV so you can see detection, tracking and counting on your actual cameras before you commit.

Your cameras are already watching. It's time they started understanding.

Book a site survey and a live demo on your own CCTV.

See it on your own cameras.

Tell us about your site and what you want your cameras to detect. We'll come back to plan a site survey and live demo.

  1. Site survey of your cameras and use case
  2. Live demo on your own CCTV
  3. Model trained on your site's footage
  4. Edge deployment and go-live
